The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) will no longer require masks for any persons (customers or staff members) involved in the transportation industry.

Per CDC guidelines, masks are now encouraged but not required at indoor transportation settings.

Peoria Charter is no longer requiring our staff members to wear masks onboard, outside, or while operating a motorcoach in transit.

You attest that you are fit for travel as per CDC guidelines on testing positive, symptoms, and quarantining for COVID-19. Passengers with any symptoms will be refused boarding.

By choosing to travel with Peoria Charter, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and hereby forever release and waive your right to bring suit against Peoria Charter and its owners, officers, directors, managers, officials, trustees, agents, employees, or other representatives in connection with exposure, infection, and/or spread of COVID-19 related to utilizing the company's services and premises.
